Hand on your head :)

Generally when the kids are asked to do some classwork…the teacher helplessly keeps turning his/her head here and there to catch the students yelling “Ma’am done!!đź‘Ť” “Done!!”

Hand on the head is an interesting teacher practice to ensure discipline and silence in the classroom after giving a task…

Here is a glimpse of how these kids do it 🙂

P.s. They look too cute ….

No one shall be left behind

It was felt that Subana doesn’t like to work in team, her group members usually complaint about her trying to impose her views during GP and otherwise, as a result of which no one liked to work with her. When given an opportunity, fellow made her participate in a play where her role required perfect coordination with other kids. During the practice Subana once said “Didi this is my first participation ever…nobody ever included me”. She not only performed amazingly, the outcomes of her being in that group were multifold. Other kids were able to understand Subana’s personality and supported her, she gained confidence and feeling of comradery which reflected in the classroom.

Presently Subana is active in all study groups conducted and led by students. And she recently participated in sports day event. Its a joyous moment to see her progress 🙂

The only way this is possible is to believe in every individual. That every kid has it in her.IMG-20170908-WA0015
